Sexually active girls should have a Pap test performed annually. The American college of obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends annuals examinations to began by age 18 even when the young women is not sexually active.
The incidence of invasive cervical cancer dramatically decreased since the implementation of early detection programs involving the Pap smear. Pap smear testing should be performing at lease every three years but recommendations can be madding on other grounds to discontinue regular testing after age 65 in women who have had regular previous screening with normal.

Cancer's seven warning sign:
1. Change in bowl or bladder habits.
2. A sore that does not heal.
3. Unusual bleeding or discharge.
4. Thickening or lamps in breast or elsewhere.
5. Indigestion or difficulty in swelling.
6. Obvious change in wart or mole.
7. Nagging cough or hoarseness

Controls and prevent of cervix cancer: 

  • Do Avoidance of early marriage, multiple sex partner and multiple pregnancies. 
  • Women can be examining their breasts.

Early diagnosis to breast cancers following 6 steps.

Breast Cancer
Cancer may be regarded as a group of diseases characterized by an abnormal growth of cells, and ability to invade adjacent tissues even distant organs. Many type of cancer: Lung, stomach, prostate, Oral, Breast, Oesophagus, liver, body of uterus, & Cervix cancer among breast cancer is very dangers. It is the most common disease among women and the incidence is rising. Early detection and treatment are very effective for breast cancer.
Screening for breast cancer has a favorable effect on mortality from breast cancer. The basic techniques for early detection of breast cancer: All women should be encouraged to perform breast self-examination (BSE). Though regular monthly self-examination of breast & woman learn to recognize her normal findings, which helps her detect changes, if they occur. Every woman who has begun to menstruate should know the correct way to perform breast self-examination.

There are six techniques of breast self-examination:

The breast self-examination should be done at the same time each month end of menstrual period for menstruating female. The breast time to perform a BSE is 2 or 3 days after period ends, when breast are least likely to be tender.

Six techniques/Steps are following:

Step-1: 
1. Stand before a mirror 2. Check both breasts for anything unusual. 3. Look for discharge from the nipple, puckering, dimpling, or scaling of the skin. The next two-Step are done to check for any changes in the contour of your breast. As you do them, you should be able to feel your muscles tighten.

Step-2:
Watch closely in the mirror as you clasp your hands behind your head and presses your forward. Note any change in the counter of your breast.

Step-3: 
1. Next press your hands firmly on your hips and elbow slightly toward the mirror as you pull your shoulders and elbows forward. Some women do the next part of the examination in the shower. Your fingers glide easily over the soapy skin, so you can with attention to feeling for changing in the breast.

Step-4:
1. Raise your left arm. 2. Use three or four fingers of your hand to feel your left breast firmly, carefully and thoroughly. 3. Beginning at the outer edge, press the left part of your fingers in in short circles, running on the circles gradually around to the breast. 4. Gradually work toward the nipple. 5. Be sure to exam the whole breast. 6. Pay special attention to the area between the breast and the arm, including the underarm itself. 7. Feel for any unusual lamps or masses under the skin.

Step-5:
1. Gently squeeze the nipple and look for a discharge. 2. If you have any discharge during the month whether or not it is during BSE, see your doctor. Repeat the examination on your right breast.

Step-6:
1. Step 4 &5 should be repeating lying down. 2. Lie flat on you is with your back with your left are over your head and a pillow or folder towel under your left shoulder. (This position flattens your breast and makes it easier to check). 3. Use the same circular motion described above 4. Repeat on your right breast.

Risk factors & Risk persons of breast cancer:

1. Genetics.
2. Gender (100 times more common in woman).
3. No natural children.
4. Age (Risk increases with increasing age).
5. Family history of breast cancer.
6. Early menarche and early menopause.
7. Low number of births.
8. High-fatty-diet.
9. No breast-feeding.
10. High waist-to-hip.
11. Taller height.
12. Regular alcohol intake.
13. First children born to mother older than age 30.
14. Wet earwax.
15. No or poor breast self-examination.
16. Hormone replacement therapy.

Decrease way of breast cancer:

When we are able to early diagnosis. Then possible the control of cancer is through primary and secondary prevention. 1. Not delaying pregnancy until after 30 years of age. 2. Breast feeding 3. Performing monthly breast self-examination 4. Avoidance of obesity and over indulgence in fatty food. 5. Promoting pregnancy and breast-feeding of infants in early adult life. 6. An increase in strenuous physical activity.
After maturation of the breast, girls can be taught how to examine themselves for early signs of cancer. Regular examination of the breast should follow each menstrual period BSE can be taught during the physical assessment this carefully.
