Cancer
is an excessive cell of the body mass index. Cervix cancer is the worldwide disease; it is very
dangers among breast cancer, esophagus, colon cancer and liver cancer etc. Early diagnosis & treatment are better treatment for
cancer. Early detection and
treatment reduce mortality & morbidity
rate. Rapidly applied
test to cervix cancer for control malignancy. We
know some information about cervix cancer for primary prevention.
Risk
factors of cervical cancer:
- Unusual bleeding or discharge.
- Early coitus.
- Multiple sexual partners.
- Multiple pregnancies.
- Uncircumcised partner.
- Vaginal infection.
- Sexual Transmitted disease leading syphilis and herpes genetslia.
- Low socioeconomic status.
- Poor genital hygiene.
- Poor sanitation and water supply.
Screening
for cervix cancer:
Screening for cervical cancer has become an accepted
clinical practice. Currently policy suggested that all women should have a pap
test (Cervical cancer), at the beginning of sexual activity and then every 3 months
thereafter. Sexually active girls should have a Pap test performed annually.
The American college of obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends annuals
examinations to began by age 18 even when the young women is not sexually
active.
The incidence of invasive cervical cancer dramatically
decreased since the implementation of early detection programs involving the
Pap smear. Pap smear testing should be performing at lease every three years
but recommendations can be madding on other grounds to discontinue regular
testing after age 65 in women who have had regular previous screening with
normal.
Cancer's seven
warning sign:
1. Change in bowl or
bladder habits.
2. A sore that does
not heal.
3. Unusual bleeding or
discharge.
4. Thickening or lamps
in breast or elsewhere.
5. Indigestion or
difficulty in swelling.
6. Obvious change in
wart or mole.
7. Nagging cough or
hoarseness
Controls
and prevent of cervix cancer:
- Do Avoidance of early marriage, multiple sex partner and multiple pregnancies.
- Women can be examining their breasts.
- Avoid smoking.
- Pap smear test regularly.
- Do maintenance of cleanliness and genital hygiene.
- Vaccination: Anti-ca cervix vaccine before virgin or after age 35 (must after VIA test) given.
